A portfolio grounded
in the actual work.
The redesign brings the original collections into one filterable portfolio. These sources support its project index and professional links. A project listing is not proof of responsibility for every image in a shoot. Specific roles remain separate from organisational categories and tags.
Professional profiles & social
| Source | What was verified | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Independent Artist Group ↗ | Professional roster entry, agency biography and linked résumé. | Promotional agency profile, not an independent client review. |
| Agency résumé ↗ | Named screen projects and specified department roles, including assistant and additional credits. | Undated résumé. One role discrepancy is recorded below. |
| Instagram: @laura_raczka ↗ | Handle linked by the podcast and artist interview. | Profile/feed retrieval failed; posts, recent work, comments and current bio were not inspected. The archive also contains an older @lauraraczka_mua handle. |
| Facebook ↗ | A matching professional page was found. | Limited public content. No review score or testimonials verified. |
| LinkedIn ↗ | A matching hair and makeup profile appears in search. | Direct profile retrieval unavailable; not used as a project-credit source. |
Publication & project credits
| Source | Verified contribution | Credit treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Flaunt · Anna Lunoe ↗ | Hair: Laura Raczka. Photography: Bil Brown. Makeup: OMAYMA. | Published 12 September 2017. Hair is not relabeled as makeup. |
| S Magazine · Mylar ↗ | Laura appears in the shared hair & makeup team credit. Photography: Bil Brown. | Individual photographs still need matching to her contribution. |
| Nathalie Bonin · Aspirations ↗ | Cover art hair/makeup: Laura Raczka. Photography: Maxine Bowen. | Cover-specific credit; not an attribution for all project media. |
| Entertainment Tonight · Colton Haynes ↗ | Coverage reproduces a shared makeup team credit naming Laura. | Published 25 October 2017. Does not prove which archived Halloween images show this costume. |
| Original site archive ↗ | Editorial, screen, grooming, red carpet, hair/wigs and FX project labels and collection structure. | Vogue India, Vogue Italia, Harper’s Bazaar China, Hunger, Bello, NUDE and other labels are retained as archived attributions. Not every publication was independently matched. |
Interviews, features & reviews
- SHOUTOUT LA — artist interview, 15 October 2025 ↗
- 15 Years in LA — podcast appearance, 7 January 2026 ↗ Episode page and show notes inspected; audio not transcribed or listened to.
- NY Weekly Magazine — 2025 profile roundup ↗ Feature/profile coverage, not a client review. Not treated as an award or evidence of a rating.
No reliable client testimonial collection or review rating was verified. Reviews of films that Laura worked on are not reviews of her services and are not presented as endorsements. No star ratings, testimonial quotations or awards have been invented.
What still needs confirmation
- The agency résumé calls the Long Weekend role “Key Makeup Artist”; IMDb lists “additional makeup artist”. That production has been held out of the new index pending artist confirmation.
- Archived name spellings such as “Emelie Ullerup”, “Prianka Rose” and “Clay Mathews and Scott Van Peck” are preserved with notes rather than silently treated as corrected facts.
- Current contact details, final image matching and permission to publish must be confirmed. Images have been recovered from the original portfolio’s public image assets. Their source URLs and stored dimensions are recorded; camera-original masters and final usage approval still need confirmation.
- Visible styling and technique tags have been added to the recovered reference images after contact-sheet review. These describe what is shown, not unverified authorship. Fabrication responsibilities and materials are not inferred.
How the tags work
A project can have several categories. Project tags describe the work and known disciplines; individual image tags can describe visible techniques or details once photographs are supplied. Selecting several tags finds projects matching every selected tag, including tags on their images. Organisational tags are not replacements for verified department credits.
